24th June, 2019 by Becki Pearce

Monday 17 June saw an array of incredible students showcasing their work from The Kings of Wessex Academy at The Expressive Arts Celebration 2019. During the day the stage was set, lighting rigged and music wired in preparation for the evening to follow. Incorporating dance, Performing Arts, music and, of course, the students’ stunning artwork, the evening proved a real celebration of the e Arts. Students invested many, many hours of hard work into both their works and the event, to ensure that the evening was a triumph.

The exhibition fully encompassed and showcased an incredible collection of work, which undoubtedly reflected the enthusiasm, persistence and dedication of the Expressive Arts Faculty at The Kings of Wessex Academy. The creativity demonstrated was second to none, and the Expressive Arts Show 2019 will be one to remember!

Well done to all the students, teachers and the Expressive Arts Team who organised such an impressive exhibition and have set exceptionally high standards for this event in the future!
