We have a fantastic team of dedicated staff who work hard to ensure that all our young people receive the very best education. Excellent examination results are achieved year after year and a high proportion of our students go on to University. Equally impressive are the achievements of our students beyond the classroom. The school provides a wealth of educational visits and activities and is strong in the areas of Sport, Music and Drama.

Individuals matter at Kings and our students receive excellent one-to-one guidance and support. We have a first class mentoring scheme and all students preparing for examinations can boost their grades by attending extra sessions after school and in the holidays.

Our specialism is technology, and Kings provides students with state-of-the-art IT facilities and enhanced opportunities in Science, Mathematics, and Design Technology. We have superb facilities in the Creative Arts and an impressive Leisure Centre - 'Kings Fitness and Leisure' - which is enjoyed by our students and the community.

The active involvement of parents in their child's education is crucial to success. We work closely with parents and provide regular opportunities to be involved. Kings also has excellent links with the community that help our young people get the most out of their education.
