The Parents and Teachers' Association meets once every half term and aim to organise approximately 4 events in the year. We also help the school by running a bar (always very popular) at school productions, and sometimes provide catering for other events.

OFSTED 2010: The Kings of Wessex School was judged to be outstanding by the February 2010 Ofsted Inspection team. To quote the Ofsted
report, "One student summed up The Kings of Wessex as ‘amazing’ and inspection findings endorse this view. It is an exceptional school with excellent performance."

In March 2010, the Statutory Inspection of Anglican Schools deemed The Kings of Wessex School to be "outstanding". To quote the SIAS report, "The distinctiveness and
effectiveness of The Kings of Wessex School as a church school are outstanding."

The school offers many additional activities and opportunities for students outside normal lesson time, including sports, homework clubs, Duke of Edinburgh, reading groups, music and much more.
