This year's Easter Music Concert will be held on Thursday, 18th March at 7pm in the School Hall. Tickets cost £3 (£2 conc.) and are available from the school office. Come along and enjoy an evening of musical entertainment.

OFSTED 2010: The Kings of Wessex School was judged to be outstanding by the February 2010 Ofsted Inspection team. To quote the Ofsted report, "One student summed up The Kings of Wessex as ‘amazing’ and inspection findings endorse this view. It is an exceptional school with excellent performance."

Exam successes

In 2009, 81% of Year 11 students at The Kings of Wessex School, achieved 5 or more A* - C grades in their GCSEs, a result that compares very favourably with the national average of 67%. 2009 also saw the school's best ever A-level results, with an overall pass rate of 99%.
